All sales are final. Due to the nature of our mystery collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 818serendipitysuprise@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to make it right with a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off.
